How to Qualify

1. Submit your baseline score. Within the first week of your subscription, email a copy of your most recent official SAT score report to [email protected]. Your starting score must be below 1300, and the score must be from an official SAT taken within the past 12 months.
2. Maintain a continuous subscription. Keep an active, uninterrupted paid subscription throughout your study period. If you cancel and resubscribe later, the new subscription starts a fresh enrollment — prior periods do not carry over.
3. Put in the practice. Complete at least 10 full-length practice tests and 800 practice questions on JustLockedIn during your continuous subscription. All practice must reflect genuine effort — rushing through questions just to meet the minimums does not qualify.
4. Take the official SAT. Sit for an official, College Board–administered SAT exam within 60 days of the end of your subscription. The guarantee applies to the first official SAT you take after your study period.
5. Request your refund. Within 30 days of receiving your official score report, email [email protected] with your before and after official score reports. We'll verify your eligibility and process your refund, typically within 10 business days of approval.

Important Details

One guarantee per student. The Score Improvement Guarantee can be used once per student, regardless of the number of subscriptions or accounts created.

Your account, your practice. Your JustLockedIn account must be used only by you — the student who submitted the baseline score. Account sharing voids the guarantee.

What's refunded. We refund 100% of the subscription fees you paid to JustLockedIn during the continuous membership period. Official SAT registration fees, taxes, and any third-party expenses are not included.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if my starting score is above 1300?
The money-back guarantee applies to students with a starting score below 1300. Students starting above 1300 still benefit from all of JustLockedIn's features, but the guarantee does not apply at that level.

What counts as an "official SAT score"?
Your score from a College Board–administered SAT exam. PSAT scores and practice test scores do not count for the baseline or the improvement measurement. Your baseline score must be from an exam taken within 12 months of your subscription start date.

What if I cancel and come back later?
The guarantee requires a continuous, uninterrupted subscription. If you cancel and resubscribe, the new subscription is treated as a fresh start. Only the practice and payments from your current continuous membership count toward the guarantee.

Which official SAT does the guarantee apply to?
The guarantee covers the first official SAT you take after your study period ends (within 60 days of your subscription ending).

How long does the refund take?
After you submit your claim, we typically verify eligibility within 5–7 business days and process the refund within 10 business days of approval.
